Preserving America's Historical Significance

Only One

I am only one, but I am one.  I cannot do everything, but I can do something.  What I can do, I should do and, with the help of God, I will do!

Everett Hale (1822-1909), nephew of the Revolutionary War Patriot, Nathan Hale, served as Chaplain of the Senate and was a popular American author, known for his book, The Man Without a Country.  A statue in his honor can be found in the Boston Public Garden in Massachusetts.
